Green Card Sponsorship

All of the hospitals we work with offer Green Card Sponsorship which, once granted allows the holder to stay and work in the US indefinitely. You can not apply for a Green Card until you have passed NCLEX and received a job offer from a US hospital. The hospital will then process all immigration paperwork for you and where applicable for your dependant relatives.

Normally, once an application form for a Green Card has been filed, it takes between 9-12 months for the application to be completed. Currently however due to retrogression this is taking considerably longer and there is no short cut. To find out more about how this will effect your application click here.

Any Green Cards issued to a nurse will allow their spouse and dependent children (under 21 years old at the date of filing) to live and work in the USA.
